What we collect
Account data (name, email, organisation details), product and passport data you provide or upload, and standard technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention. We separate personal account data from product compliance data wherever practical.
Why we collect it
To provide the service (creating, hosting and maintaining your passports), to process payments, to send transactional and, where you've opted in, lifecycle emails, and to comply with our own legal obligations.
Your rights
You can request an export or deletion of your personal account data at any time from Settings, or by contacting privacy@eupassportly.com. Published passport data may be retained separately where required for regulatory availability, even after account deletion, consistent with our data retention approach described in the Trust Centre.
